The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the room division and restaurant staff. The resort had a wide variety of dishes and amenities, the beach was clean and the animation team was superb. The room was upgraded with a great view and towel art. The resort had clean public areas and multiple bars offering a range of drinks.

I recently stayed at Long Beach Resort for a week and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the variety of restaurants for lunch was impressive. I particularly enjoyed the adults-only restaurants. The sandy and spacious beach was perfect, and the staff, especially Adel at the reception, were incredibly helpful. The resort itself is large and the animation team provided great entertainment. I will definitely be returning.

The team is cooperative and helpful, especially Adel Fayiz in reception and Galal Othman, the lifeguard. The kitesurfing team is recommended and the value for money is excellent. Free amenities and generous compensation were provided after a disagreement. The staff goes the extra mile and the food in the a la carte restaurants is amazing. Clean beach and pools, great water slides. The massage therapy is good and staff are accommodating.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I also appreciated the location of this hotel, as it felt safe and the guards at the entrance were always present.

This hotel is amazing! The location is unbeatable - directly on the beach with beautiful views. The staff are so friendly and helpful - they upgraded our room to a Sea/Pool view which was fantastic! The rooms are kept very clean and fresh towels are provided daily. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices.

The leisure facilities are top-notch, with a spa, swimming pool, and a variety of activities like table tennis, billiards, and snorkeling. The dining options are excellent, with a buffet breakfast and special diet menus available.

The resort's location on a hillside provides panoramic views of the area, including a fantastic reef off the coast. The beach is massive, and there are plenty of sun shades and wind breaks, and the gardens are lovely, with a mass of flowers tended to by tirelessly working gardeners.

The food variety is limited, and some facilities, such as the Aqua Bar, could use some improvements in terms of comfort and lighting.
