Superb location, friendly staff, good activities, delicious breakfast, nice pools, family-oriented.

Can honestly say, nothing not to like.

The hotel is conveniently located near two restaurants and has a responsible restaurant and activities areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable with excellent facilities, including several swimming pools, a gym, and a jogging track for family activities. In-room and bathroom amenities are satisfactory, and the staff is helpful and attentive to guests' needs.

The hotel might be hard to get to from the airport.

I loved the serene landscape and well-maintained facilities. Although there was a minor issue with my toilet, the housekeeping staff was quick to fix it. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. The pool and game rooms were great for kids. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing family getaway.

From the fantastic selections of breakfast to the helpful and kind staff, this hotel exceeded my expectations. the clean room and facilities, as well as the infinity pool and sun terrace, provided a relaxing atmosphere. the Spa centre offered a wide range of treatments to choose from, including body wraps, facials, and even a steam room.

The check-in process wasn't arranged well. I had to wait for about 30 minutes due to a customer ahead of me having issues with their room upgrade.

Our romantic escape was amazing! We really appreciated the complimentary glass mineral bottle and the effort of reducing paper wastage. the location was also perfect, easy to find and close to local stores.

We did have some issues worth mentioning. Unfortunately, the bathroom wasn't spotless and the housekeeping and room service took longer than expected at times.
