We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in a stunning location. the hotel staff at Hilton went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, and the staff were always willing to assist us. We were impressed by the wide, beautiful beach and the stunning views from our room. the grounds were well-maintained, even having blooming hedges in the middle of winter. the variety of food and service was excellent, ensuring there was something for everyone.

The beach was wide and the hotel was conveniently located in the city center, with plenty of things to do nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was adequate and the staff were friendly and helpful.

the staff, from reception to restaurants to housekeeping, were all amazing, kind, and helpful. Special thanks to Hicham, the concierge who always brought us around in the golf car. Ahmed Ali, the night receptionist, was also incredibly helpful. We felt at home and very welcomed by everyone, including the security employees. the rooms were clean and well-equipped, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. the restaurant had a wide variety of delicious choices, and the hotel pools were heated and excellent. the connection with City mall from inside the hotel was a bonus, making shopping convenient. the location of the hotel was ideal, right in the middle of the city.

The location is great, close to the City Center and the largest mall in town. Additionally, it has a lovely beach with a marina nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-kept bathrooms. Breakfast offers a decent variety and quality.

The poor service from some staff members and the low quality of some facilities, such as the hallway and some areas in the room, left a negative impression on our stay.

Moustafa, the hotel's excursion provider, ensured we had a fantastic holiday. The cleanliness and impeccable room service were also commendable.

One drawback was the disappointing food, which did not meet the 5-star standard. The variety was there, but the taste fell short.

The hotel has a private beach with clear water and many activities to do. The sunset view was breathtaking. The room we stayed in was clean and had a fantastic sea view. We had a great time and overall I would recommend this hotel.

During my Easter holiday, I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The room had amazing facilities, including a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The hotel's key location allowed me to easily explore the beautiful surroundings. Moreover, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet that I thoroughly enjoyed.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the mini fridge in my room had a faulty, which took quite some time to fix.

During our stay in December, the children's pool was not heated, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, there were some initial issues upon check-in, such as not receiving enough information about the resort and facilities.
