We had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect as it's within walking distance to everything we needed. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the room service was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained with great amenities like an in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the picturesque terrace and the outdoor swimming pool, complete with sun loungers.

We highly recommend this place, with its attentive staff and wide range of facilities including a spa & wellness centre, fitness studio, and outdoor dining area. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the restaurant offered delicious meals.

The hotel had some nice complementary facts offered, such as decent breakfast and a lovely swimming pool. the location was also pretty good - very convenient for getting around and great amenities around. the best aspect of the hotel was how cozy and comfortable the rooms were. We very much appreciated that there were proper toiletries and fresh towels provided.

The hotel staff could have been more attentive and friendly. They seemed to lack customer service skills and didn't seem too keen on helping us out with any issues we had.

Excellent location close to bars, restaurants, and a shopping center. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so once completed, the rooms will surely be nice. The staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. The breakfast and dining options are delicious with a wide variety. They are also proactive in checking in with guests to ensure their comfort. Transportation arrangements are efficiently handled. Furthermore, the hotel promptly addressed any issues and even offered compensation in the form of a free taxi to the airport.

I recently stayed at Doubletree By Hilton in Bangkok for a few days and it was a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the NANA area, which was perfect for me as I wanted to be close to Halal food sources. The hotel is also within walking distance of several good shopping malls like MBK and Central Chitlom. The breakfast menu had a rich selection of food, including Halal meats, although this could have been clearer. The staff was reliable and the reception staff became friendlier with repeat customers. I even received an upgrade due to an early check-in, which was a nice touch.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location with easy access to the metro line. There were plenty of things to do around the hotel, including the famous Nana Plaza and nearby bars. The staff at Doubletree By Hilton were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure a fantastic stay. The room was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of choices. I also appreciated the warm welcome cookie at check-in. it was a great experience.

loved my stay at this hotel! had previously stayed in bangkok and decided to come back to the same hotel because it was that good. staff were friendly and professional, rooms were clean and comfortable. breakfast, pool, and fitness facilities were amazing. even got a complimentary fruit basket in my room. exceeded my expectations!

Smoking on my floor was a disappointment.
