The staff provided a personalized, VIP welcome and couldn't have been more professional. Our suite had a breathtaking view of the Nile, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options that catered to different dietary needs. we had a blissful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The gym equipment needs to be updated, and the lack of vegan options makes it challenging for plant-based eaters. the management's response to an insect issue in the room was not handled professionally.
