Upon my arrival at this hotel, I was pleasantly greeted by the professional and courteous staff who provided me with a VIP-like welcome. the luxurious and exclusive amenities offered here surpassed my expectations. My room was equipped with exceptional facilities and an excellent view of the Nile. the restaurant provided an array of dining options, including special diet menus, and the breakfast service was exceptional. the location of the hotel offered easy access to multiple leisure activities, and the sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided the perfect relaxation spot.

Great breakfast with a variety of options every day and outstanding customer service from a professional team of staff. the room was comfortable, clean and spacious with excellent views of the Nile. the location of the hotel is perfect for those wanting to explore the vibrant surroundings.

The gym equipment needs to be updated, and the lack of vegan options makes it challenging for plant-based eaters. the management's response to an insect issue in the room was not handled professionally.
