As a tourist, I loved the brand new and attentive hotel with its modern and contemporary architecture. The cleanliness was impeccable. The staff, especially Nada, went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration special. The surprise arrangements, smooth check-in, and helpfulness of the staff made our stay unforgettable. The complimentary room decoration added a lovely touch. The food quality in the main restaurant and breakfast was excellent. it was a great experience in West Cairo.

The customer service is exceptional, with staff members like Waleed Salama, who provided excellent room service, and Nada from the front desk team, who was a great help. The gym is well-equipped and the coach is professional and very helpful.

My stay at Hyatt Regency was exceptional. The staff, particularly Waleed Salama and Ehab Moheb, went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The customer service at this hotel surpasses all others. While the location is a bit far from the main districts, the hotel's dedication to pleasing guests at all levels makes up for it. The hotel is clean, and the beds are comfortable, providing a quiet and restful night's sleep.

The hotel is relatively small, including the reception and pool areas. The rooms are also on the smaller side, and the pool is not heated.

The Christmas decorations were nice and it was good that they offered free drinks and snacks upon check-in, which was a nice touch. the location was convenient, close to many restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.

There were some downsides. the air conditioning was difficult to control and the room temperature fluctuated constantly.

We were impressed with this hotel's exclusive amenities and luxurious surroundings. the staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We enjoyed spending time by the outdoor swimming pool and lounging in the garden area. the restaurant and bar areas were also impressive, with high-quality food and drinks.

The only minor issue we had was with the sauna. It was not functioning properly and we had to request maintenance to repair it.
