As a tourist, I loved the brand new and attentive hotel with its modern and contemporary architecture. The cleanliness was impeccable. The staff, especially Nada, went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration special. The surprise arrangements, smooth check-in, and helpfulness of the staff made our stay unforgettable. The complimentary room decoration added a lovely touch. The food quality in the main restaurant and breakfast was excellent. it was a great experience in West Cairo.

The hotel has a modern and trendy vibe with sparkling new facilities. The king size bed is plush and huge, while the TV is the largest I've seen in any hotel. The open bathroom design allows for convenience and multiple simultaneous use. The restaurant offers a comprehensive and international menu, catering well for kids. The customer service is exceptional, with staff members like Waleed Salama, who provided excellent room service, and Nada from the front desk team, who was a great help. The gym is well-equipped and the coach is professional and very helpful.
