The hotel is located right on the coast, offering stunning views of the sea. The rooms are clean and smoke-free, with helpful staff and delicious food. The indoor hot tub and pool are a great way to relax after a day on the beach.

The reception area can be filled with cigarette smoke, which may be unpleasant for non-smokers.

Private white sandy beach with Caribbean turquoise water every day, which is amazing. Friendly service and good food. Scenic hotel with beautiful palm trees and amazing white sand beach.

Limited in, room dining menu and lack of cutlery and condiments. Overwhelmed central kitchen, resulting in long wait times for meals.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel on the North coast of Egypt. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room and beach always kept spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful landscape of palm trees, swimming pools, and stunning sea view, to the charming evening lights. The location was worth staying for, with a wonderful beach that rivaled even the Maldives beaches. The crystal clear water was perfect for swimming, and we enjoyed sitting in isolated areas of the 2 km long beach. The staff, including the reception, room service, and restaurant waiters, were all kind. The breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of choices to cater to everyone's taste. it exceeded our expectations and made for an unforgettable stay.

I had an amazing time at a beautiful beach resort. I was pleasantly surprised to have the beach almost to myself. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the WiFi was not always stable in the rooms, the quality of the food more than made up for it. I highly recommend this resort.

I had an amazing time at a beautiful beach resort on the North coast of Egypt. The location and environment were top-notch, and I enjoyed 4 blissful nights of relaxation with stunning sea and beach views. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything and everyone was nice. One standout moment was when Chef Mahmoud went above and beyond to accommodate my late check-in, staying until 4 am to ensure a delicious dinner was waiting for me. His hospitality was truly exceptional. The animation team, including Tuca, Mira, Coca, and Vova, made sure everyone had a great time throughout my stay. I highly recommend this resort, especially for families with children.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. Egyptian guests were unable to make all-inclusive reservations, which was a bit disappointing.

The atmosphere in general was peaceful. the beach had crystal clear water and it was a perfect spot for relaxation. Most importantly, the staff was welcoming and hospitable. the vast array of food available at the buffet was mind-boggling, with different cuisines from around the world. the complimentary drinks in the room and the free Wi-Fi were advantageous icing on the cake.

In terms of entertainment, it was lackluster. There were not many options for night-time activities.

Good overall, here fulfilled our luxury needs. Spa centre with Turkish bath and steam room were exclusive amenities. Beach access, with sun loungers, umbrellas, and barbeque grills made it perfect. Restaurant with Special diet menus was exquisite. Rooms had private facilities, and the views were amazing. Service was friendly, but sometimes ineffective.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and clean. The location right by the stunning beach was perfect, and the staff treated us with utmost kindness and professionalism.

Food for breakfast could have been better, especially the desserts and baked goodies.
