The Miami Hotel Melbourne was clean and comfortable with a great location. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. The room had all the necessary amenities including a kettle and fridge.

I recently stayed at Miami Hotel for a weekend getaway on a budget, and I was pleasantly surprised. For the price, the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The location was fantastic, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely, and I enjoyed the pleasant cafe area. The food, although not extensive in options, was delicious. I particularly recommend trying the "Smashed Avo" with poached egg from the specials board. Miami Hotel provided a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay there again.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was really impressed with the lovely staff and their friendly and accommodating attitude. It made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to public transport was really convenient, making it easy for me to explore the city and visit all the attractions I wanted to see. The comfortable beds were also a major plus, ensuring that I had a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

I did find the lack of a lift to be a bit challenging, especially with all the luggage I had. The narrow staircases made it difficult to navigate, and I would have preferred if there was an elevator available.

The private bathroom was clean and had all basic amenities needed. Toast offered a delicious breakfast, which was included in the room price.

We stayed at a budget accommodation close to a tram stop, making it convenient to visit the Victoria Market and the North Melbourne shopping centre. The gorgeous neighbourhood was a plus. The room had basic necessities, including coffee and tea facilities, while the bathroom was spacious with lots of shampoo and conditioner available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel had useful facilities such as a shared kitchen and free wifi.

The air-conditioning was not controlled within the room and required a call to reception to turn it on or off.
