For the price we paid, we got excellent value and a super comfy room. The location was serene and the staff went above and beyond to make us happy.

My stay at Jolie Ville Hotel & Spa was fantastic! The hotel's location on a private island made me feel like I was in my own world. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the food was delicious with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and attentive. Although the shuttle was unreliable, the taxi was a great alternative. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful, luxurious stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings of Jolie Ville Hotel & Spa Kings Island. The breathtaking view of the Nile from the infinity pool was a highlight, and the comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. The gardens were meticulously maintained, and the bird watching experience was truly amazing. The friendly and helpful staff added to the overall positive experience.

Although we enjoyed the food, we were hoping for a greater variety of restaurant options. Only three were open during our stay, and two of them had similar menus.

Best aspects of my stay were the stunning view and convenient location. the view from my room was simply breathtaking, with a picturesque landscape that added a touch of tranquility to my business trip. the hotel's location was also ideal, close to major attractions and easily accessible. I enjoyed the delicious food offered at the on-site restaurants, which added to the overall pleasant experience.

Worst aspects of my stay were the lackluster room amenities and the poor customer service. the room lacked essential amenities that would have made my stay more comfortable and convenient, such as a functioning key chain lock and a proper heating system in the pool.

The staff is accommodating and willing to go above and beyond for their guests. The pools and gym are well-maintained. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind.

During our stay on an island in the Nile, we enjoyed the comfortable beds, delicious breakfast with fresh pita style bread, and the stunning views of the Nile river from the infinity pool. The hotel was on a secluded location that provided peace among the large gardens, where we could easily get a cheaper taxi.

We booked based on price and the pools. The resort had affordable rates and multiple pools for relaxation.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints at all.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis surrounded by lush greenery. From the moment I stepped into the Spa & wellness centre, I knew I was in for a treat. the service was impeccable, and the massage was heavenly. the outdoor swimming pool was an absolute delight, complete with sun loungers and a sun terrace. I also enjoyed the live entertainment and BBQ facilities in the garden area. the restaurant had a delectable breakfast spread, including a buffet breakfast and in-room breakfast option.

The only minor issue I noticed was that the room furniture was a bit outdated. Nevertheless, this didn't detract from my overall experience, which was fantastic.

The food was delicious, with a great variety for both breakfast and lunch. We also appreciated the well-furnished room, complete with a good bathroom and a working air conditioner for heating and cooling. The highlight was the great terrace overlooking the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the natural beauty of the island added to the charm of the resort.

We had a truly romantic escape in our recent hotel stay. the complementary fruit basket and bottle of wine were a great touch that we enjoyed. the hotel's location was perfect for lovers seeking a peaceful and relaxing time, with stunning views of the nearby river. We also loved the wonderful spa treatments and massages that were on offer at the hotel.

That the hotel was situated quite far from the city, so we had to take a taxi to get to the attractions. some of the newer structures seemed out of place with the natural surroundings.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The location on King's Island was serene and away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
