The staff, especially Mr Bassem, Mr Amr, and Mr Abd ElNasser, were incredibly attentive and made me feel truly special. the luxurious accommodations, stunning lagoon views, and delicious breakfast made my visit unforgettable. Highly recommend this gem.

Marom Port Said Resort & Beach boasts a fantastic location by the beach, surrounded by delightful cafes, restaurants, and shops. I really appreciated the inviting pools and found the breakfast decent and filling.

Rooms need better maintenance. Cleanliness and service are lacking.

We loved the hotel’s prime location, as it was conveniently close to the beach and all of the city's attractions. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable from start to finish. the cleanliness of our room was impressive, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of variety. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the beautiful pools, made our experience even more enjoyable.

i had a wonderful stay at Marom Port Said Resort & Beach. the staff hospitality was exceptional, especially Mr Basem's warm welcome. the hotel's beachside location was perfect for relaxing walks and exploring the nearby cafes and shops. the room was spacious and clean, with thoughtful amenities like a fridge and tea/coffee facilities. the breakfast buffet offered good variety, although some dishes could be improved.

Great resort with super clean spacious rooms. the wardrobe in my room was like a magical closet, fitting all my vacation outfits effortlessly. I felt like I was in a fairytale choosing my attire for each day against the backdrop of the beautiful pool view.
