I recently stayed at this place and I must say that I was surely impressed with many aspects of my stay. the location was just perfect as there were several main restaurants directly in front of the beach which was breathtaking. The tropical gardens here were just amazing and added to the experience. Secondly, the room amenities such as the mini-bar, in-room safe and flat-screen TV were very good. The room service and housekeeping were quick to respond to my requests and needs. Lastly, the leisure facilities such as the spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool and beach access were exceptional and exceeded my expectations.

Families looking for a hotel with great hospitality and service will find this venue very pleasing.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. I had a wonderful time swimming in the beautiful pools and exploring the hotel's beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was attentive to my needs. I especially enjoyed the beauty salon's services. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

This hotel is perfect for beach lovers as it is located directly in front of the beach and not far from the airport. There are also various restaurants nearby for food options. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and friendly and professional service. The breakfast offers a varied selection and the drinks in both restaurants and bar are delicious. There are also lifeguards on duty and excellent security.

The WiFi is only available in the reception area.

We had a fantastic stay at Mercure Hurghada Hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and always willing to assist. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were always fresh. The size of the room was perfect and the resort itself was quiet, allowing us to relax. The beach was ideal for snorkeling and there were plenty of activities organized by the cheerful entertainment team. The variety and quality of the food at the restaurant were outstanding. We loved the pool and the beach, perfect for families with children. The staff at the ultra bar was exceptional.

The hotel offers a variety of amenities and activities for guests to enjoy, including three swimming pools, a sandy beach with snorkeling, and multiple sports facilities. The restaurants at the hotel are clean and the food is tasty, with buffet options available when the hotel is busy. The staff, from the front desk to the animation team, are friendly and provide excellent service, with special mentions to Mr. Ahmed Adel, Mr. Mohamed Helal, Mr. Eliya, Mrs. Victoria, Mrs. Cole, and a lady in the front desk. The animation team, including surprise performances like a professional belly dancer, provides entertainment throughout the day and evening. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with clean beds and good sunlight through the windows.

Had a pleasant time during Christmas. the heat was perfect for tanning and exploring the nearby area. the location was good, being close to the beach and shops. the two complementary excursions were a nice touch and very enjoyable. It was great to try different types of food that we did not expect.

But of all the things that could have been better, the Wi-Fi was the biggest issue as it was only available in the lobby and had an awful connection. During breakfast, the food was not very varied, and on some days it was cold.
