Review:

The room felt like our own little apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views. The location was impressive with unique interiors and easy access to the mall. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and welcoming. The layout of the room was spacious and the Miele appliances and Aesop toiletries added a luxurious touch. The outside promenade was enjoyable for walks. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Not one thing.

The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and made for some great Instagram moments. The views were stunning, especially during the Christmas season - the city lights provided a beautiful backdrop. the complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby shopping and restaurants.

Our stay was somewhat marred by several negative aspects. the staff were not the friendliest which dampened our holiday spirit.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that make one feel like royalty. The rooms are spacious and stylish with breathtaking views of the harbor. The private facilities are exclusive and add to the overall sense of luxury. The restaurant and bar area serve sumptuous menus that cater to different diets. The service is exemplary, with staff attending to one's needs promptly. The outdoor swimming pool is a sight to behold, surrounded by a lush tropical garden and equipped with comfortable sun loungers, beach umbrellas, and a sun terrace. This hotel's location provides access to convenient shopping, entertainment, and beautiful sights of the harbor.

One minor inconvenience was the narrow shower space and the light and aircon switches were a bit far away from the bed and not easy to operate. However, the excellent service and luxurious amenities more than make up for this small downside.

Staff prompt and thoughtful. Attention to detail in room, especially for kids. Best staycation with fantastic pool. No time slots. Baby amenities exceeded expectations. Friendly staff from reception to tech repair. Customer service excellent. Birthday cake and cute balloon decorations. Spectacular view of Victoria Harbour. Staff made us feel at home. Artistic facilities. Would definitely return.
