sunrise aqua joy resort is super clean, and the location is great – you're just a 2-minute walk from carrefour supermarket and cleopatra bazaar. i really liked that the staff made me feel like family - especially the manager monaem and the reception girl who helped me sort out an issue with a tour agent. and the beach activities and mini golf are a cool local bonus.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic resort in Hurghada. The room was incredibly nice and the overall vibes of the place were great. The management really cared about ensuring that we had a wonderful stay. The General manager, Mr. Said, went above and beyond to make us happy. The receptionist, Mr. Osama, was exceptional in his service, even upgrading our rooms and assisting us with every detail. The restaurant staff, particularly Mr. Meligy, were helpful and always had a cheerful attitude. I must also mention the guest experience manager, Ms. Elena, who did an excellent job in planning a memorable birthday celebration for us. I am truly grateful for all the efforts made by this resort staff.

The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delicious with a wide variety to choose from daily. The beach and aquapark were fantastic for family fun, while the drinks were free and refreshing. The staff, including Ms. Aya and Mr Wael, were exceptional. The spa services, sauna, and swimming pools added to the relaxation. Nearby landmarks like Badawya Tent and Club Safari provided unique experiences that enhanced our family bonding time.

One minor drawback was the need for more shades and additional seating around the pool areas. As someone recovering from an operation, I found it difficult to sit on the low plastic beds.

Really enjoyed our recent stay, great views from the rooms, and the aqua park is a must! Housekeeping staff kept everything spotless and the gym had everything we needed. Food was tasty and the staff made us feel welcome, we'll definitely be back.

Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive. The presence of ramps and handrails made it very easy for me to move around, and the staff were always willing to assist.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is to have an adults-only pool area. It would be more enjoyable for seniors to have a tranquil and serene environment without the presence of the children of the staff.
