The Royal Club Lounge at the hotel is like your personal genie in a bottle. The staff there granted my every wish, providing impeccable service and exclusive access to the lounge, where I indulged in delightful beverages and snacks throughout the day.

The staff were super friendly, nice and attentive, going out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing, especially Ahmed, Mohamed Ali. The buffet had a wide variety of delicious food, and the beach was incredibly relaxing with turquoise waters. Despite some minor hiccups like the room not matching the pictures and restaurant reservations, the overall experience was fantastic. 🌴

sunrise aqua joy resort is super clean, and the location is great – you're just a 2-minute walk from carrefour supermarket and cleopatra bazaar. i really liked that the staff made me feel like family - especially the manager monaem and the reception girl who helped me sort out an issue with a tour agent. and the beach activities and mini golf are a cool local bonus.
