The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. They provided guidance on using public transportation, recommended local places to eat, helped us find a nearby church, assisted with getting a phone card, and even helped us retrieve our lost luggage from the airport. Their prompt and cheerful service made our stay a great experience.

The location was another major highlight, situated in a quiet suburb with tree-lined streets, yet still conveniently close to the Nile river. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our basic amenities were met and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room featured a king size bed with reliable AC, and the great bathroom added an extra touch of luxury. To top it all off, the breakfast included an omelet station, making it a perfect start to our days.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic and there's really nothing negative to say!

Our stay at Pearl Hotel, Maadi was delightful. The warm and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with the metro just 100m away and plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast on the top floor was absolutely amazing, and if the weather was clear, we could even catch a glimpse of the pyramids from the balcony.
