We had an amazing week with the kindest host, making our stay even more special. the spacious and clean apartment was perfect for our group of friends. the private sauna was a bonus that we really enjoyed. the location was great, close to all the sights and with lots of privacy and parking.

At the beginning, there were a lot of insects in the apartment, but we think it was due to the greenery outside and keeping the balcony door open. So, just be mindful of that.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we loved the fact that the apartments were very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. the location was also a key factor for us, as it was conveniently close to popular attractions like Kitzselnhorn and Schmitten. Additionally, the beautiful terrace with mountain views was a wonderful spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.

A drawback for us was that there were no Arabic channels on the TV. As guests who enjoy watching Arabic programs, this was a disappointment.

We got excellent value for our money with our stay at Emma Apartments in Piesendorf. The room was spacious, clean, and modern with a beautiful scenic view. The location was perfect, close to Zell Am See and Kaprun, with easy access to the thermal spa and ski lifts. The staff, especially Gabriele, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a nice terrace. The free and quick WiFi was a bonus, especially with our three kids. we had a fantastic week at Emma Apartments and are already planning our return next year!

The morning meal could have been improved by including a sauna without any extra charge.

The apartment had a breathtaking view of Kaprun, Kitzsteinhorn, and the mountains. The owner, Gabi, was incredibly welcoming and made our stay pleasant and relaxed. The location was perfect, with lots of privacy and parking, and close to all the attractions. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and spacious, with a beautiful bathroom. We loved the added touches like fresh croissants for breakfast and the option for fresh espresso coffee. The staff went above and beyond, including washing our clothes and preparing the sauna for our private use. We also appreciated the helpful recommendations for restaurants and attractions. we highly recommend this place for a first-class stay in the snow season or for summer activities.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful house in a fantastic location. The apartment was so comfortable and had everything we could ever ask for. We loved being able to order fresh croissants and having them delivered right to our door in the morning, it was such a cool and convenient touch. And let's not forget about Gabi, she was absolutely amazing. She was always smiling, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We wish there were more Gabis in the world! I highly recommend this place for an exceptional experience.
