We had an amazing week with the kindest host, making our stay even more special. the spacious and clean apartment was perfect for our group of friends. the private sauna was a bonus that we really enjoyed. the location was great, close to all the sights and with lots of privacy and parking.

At the beginning, there were a lot of insects in the apartment, but we think it was due to the greenery outside and keeping the balcony door open. So, just be mindful of that.

During my stay at Emma Apartments, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service provided by the hostess. She was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or concerns we had about the local area. The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional, and it had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ski bus and a central position between various ski areas. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, with a beautiful view of the snowy fields below.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we loved the fact that the apartments were very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. the location was also a key factor for us, as it was conveniently close to popular attractions like Kitzselnhorn and Schmitten. Additionally, the beautiful terrace with mountain views was a wonderful spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.

A drawback for us was that there were no Arabic channels on the TV. As guests who enjoy watching Arabic programs, this was a disappointment.

We got excellent value for our money with our stay at Emma Apartments in Piesendorf. The room was spacious, clean, and modern with a beautiful scenic view. The location was perfect, close to Zell Am See and Kaprun, with easy access to the thermal spa and ski lifts. The staff, especially Gabriele, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a nice terrace. The free and quick WiFi was a bonus, especially with our three kids. we had a fantastic week at Emma Apartments and are already planning our return next year!

The morning meal could have been improved by including a sauna without any extra charge.

We also appreciated the helpful recommendations for restaurants and attractions. we highly recommend this place for a first-class stay in the snow season or for summer activities.

It was in a quiet area, perfect for relaxation. the staff gave us a warm welcome and were very polite and friendly. the location was great, in between Zee Lam see and Kaprun, just a 5-minute drive away. Free car parking was also provided.

There were no Arabic channels on the TV. It would have been nice to have more diversity in the channels available.

We stayed at Emma Apartments for a week-long skiing trip. The brand new building was clean and comfortable, with two TV sets, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a nice bathroom. The apartment had everything we needed, including a safe and good Wi-Fi. We loved the convenient location, away from the noisy downtown but still close to the ski areas of Kaprun and Zell am See. Special mention to Gabi, who made our stay pleasant and relaxed.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to popular attractions. the kitchen was well-equipped and clean, making it convenient for cooking. the view of the mountains from the room was breathtaking.

There was no air conditioning in the room, making it uncomfortably hot at times. Additionally, there were occasional sightings of spiders, cockroaches, and flies in some areas of the hotel.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful house in a fantastic location. The apartment was so comfortable and had everything we could ever ask for. We loved being able to order fresh croissants and having them delivered right to our door in the morning, it was such a cool and convenient touch. And let's not forget about Gabi, she was absolutely amazing. She was always smiling, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We wish there were more Gabis in the world! I highly recommend this place for an exceptional experience.

The apartment was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom, and stunning views. Everything was clean and tidy. We will definitely be returning!

Fantastic location right between two popular destinations, Zell am see and Kaprun. Just a short drive to both. the apartments themselves were spacious, modern, and well-equipped. the owner, Gabi, was incredibly helpful and did everything possible to ensure our comfort.

Our New Year's experience at the hotel was disappointing. the elevator was only available in one of the buildings, which was inconvenient.
