This hotel is in a great location with a view of both the sea and the canal. The check-in process is friendly and helpful with fruit and juice upon arrival. The rooms are clean and tidy with nice welcome touches. The breakfast buffet is generous and delicious. The staff is professional and welcoming, making your stay highly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel is near the shopping street and Port Said beach, providing excellent opportunities for relaxation and fun.

Some parts of the hotel felt outdated and in need of refurbishment, compared to other hotels in the same price range in the city.

Upon arriving at this venue, we were welcomed with open arms by the staff. the location by the canal is picturesque and breathtaking. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. the garden area was serene and tranquil, perfect for unwinding.

The only negative aspect we experienced was the size of the single bed, which we found a bit too small for our liking. the service was exceptional, and the staff, particularly Ms.Lamees, were incredibly friendly and helpful with a keen attention to detail.

The hotel offers excellent facilities for families with kids, including a direct access to the beach and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is tasty. The location is ideal for exploring Port Said and experiencing everything it has to offer.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and provided great hospitality. the location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and the main square. We were also pleasantly surprised by a little anniversary surprise, which made our stay feel extra special.

The hotel's facilities are outdated and in need of renovation. the cleanliness of the bathroom could also be improved.
