The food at the Citadel restaurant was exceptional, especially the pasta dishes prepared by Chef Mo. The waiters were always smiling and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and a lovely swimming pool area. I hope to return in the future to enjoy another great stay at this resort.
