The facilities were good, staff extremely helpful, nice pool and beach, great restaurant.

I had the most amazing experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The reception team, especially Mr. Mina Samir and Mark, went above and beyond to meet all of my expectations. The aqua park and pools were immaculately clean, and the variety of food offered at the restaurant was outstanding. The facilities at this hotel are top-notch, and the property itself was conveniently located near the main restaurant and aqua park. The hotel staff truly made my stay here unforgettable.

The rooms and facilities were great, and we enjoyed the swimming pools and bars. The staff, especially Usman and Osama, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The water sport team was also very accommodating. The food at the buffet had a lot of variety to choose from. The water park and private beach were highlights of our stay. We will definitely come back for a longer vacation.

The hotel is located on a beautiful beach, with breathtaking views of the crystal-clear water. The fish restaurant, where you can dine with Walid, offers a unique and enjoyable dining experience. The closed restaurants ensure a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for guests to relax and unwind.

Some of the free cocktails offered at the hotel were of low quality and undrinkable.

The hotel staff was exceptionally polite and helpful, especially Omar at the reception. The pool was clean and warm, with lifeguards always present. The manager was attentive and guided us throughout our stay. The food at the oriental restaurant was delicious and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.

The complimentary fruit basket and bottles of water were a nice touch. Great location with easy access to the beach and plenty of nearby activities. The pool was a nice size and not too crowded.

The room was dirty and not well-maintained. The towels and bedding were stained, and the bathroom had a strange odor.
