The Animation team was fabulous, Aqua Park was nice, Lagoon was great, food was delicious, room was very comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed for the free extra night and Mr. Abdelrahman for great hosting. Chef Osama and Mr. Ahmed provided exceptional food. Mr. Ahmed from the animation team made our stay enjoyable with great guest contact and fun activities at the beach and night party.

We had a fantastic time at the Gravity Hotel And Aqua Park. The location was perfect, just a short 15-minute drive to the bustling city center. The aqua park was a hit with our whole family, offering a wide variety of fun activities for both adults and kids. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Ramy who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food at the resort was delicious and satisfying, with a good variety to choose from. The eight pools were a great feature, and we loved spending time at the attractive marina beach. we had a wonderful vacation at this hotel.

The sea water at the beach was a bit murky and partially rocky, but it was mostly sandy. Additionally, the room we booked with a sea view did not have a sitting area as described, and it took two days of complaining to receive a small dresser chair.

Excellent guest relations and friendly, polite staff. Convenient location with easy access to city center and airport. Spacious rooms and nice view. Clean facilities and heated pool. Tranquil lagoon and beach, perfect for swimming and kids. Aqua park is amazing. Would definitely book again.

The animation team was fantastic, providing entertaining activities such as aqua gym and night shows. The staff, especially the bellman Mamdouh, was extremely helpful and friendly. The food had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the city center and airport. The room had a great view and was very clean.

During my recent Xmas vacation, I really enjoyed the complementary snacks and drinks offered at the beach, as well as the beautiful view of the bay. the hotel's location was also very convenient as it was easy to access the city for sightseeing. the staff were always friendly and welcoming.

the wine served in the all-inclusive package was not very good, so I would recommend bringing your own if you're a wine drinker. I had a decent experience at this hotel and would still recommend it for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Furthermore, the customer service is top-notch, with staff members like Omar going above and beyond to assist guests.

Great aqua park with a huge variety for adults, kids, and toddlers. The entertaining team was wonderful and made our new year experience memorable. The location was excellent, just 15 minutes away from the city center, providing easy access to attractions.

Terrible food quality and lack of amenities in the rooms, such as tissue, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The service was subpar with unprofessional staff and a lack of attention to hygiene.

Entering this hotel was like stepping into a luxurious oasis. the service was impeccable, from the friendly staff to the exclusive amenities that were constantly fulfilled. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, with a variety of treatments available. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a perfect spot to soak up the sun and relax in the beautiful garden area. the restaurant had a wide range of food options and the buffet breakfast was a highlight. the location advantages were excellent, with easy beach access and live entertainment on offer.

The only negative aspect of this venue was the limited number of sun loungers available, which sometimes made finding a place to relax by the pool or on the beach a bit of a challenge. the helpful staff always tried their best to find additional loungers , so the issue was never a major problem.
