The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us daily. Kate, in particular, was a standout. the lodge's breakfast was delicious, offering a different cooked meal each morning along with a variety of other options to kickstart the day. the location was fabulous, nestled in the lovely wooded area of Wadano, making it central to everything you need for skiing and exploring. Walking to Happo was a breeze, allowing easy access to all the action without being right in the thick of it.

It would be great if the shower pressure could be improved for a more satisfying experience, especially after a long day of skiing. adding some seating outside the dry room for changing shoes would be handy to avoid tracking water inside.

The property was well-maintained and the staff was friendly. the relaxing amenities like massage services and the garden area enhanced our enjoyment, while nearby landmarks like Hakuba Mini Train Park and Hakuba Happoone Winter Resort provided great opportunities for family bonding.

We had an amazing time at Morino Lodge! From the friendly and helpful staff to the delicious breakfast served daily, everything was perfect. the spacious rooms with private bathrooms and the convenient dry room for storing ski equipment were great bonuses. the staff even provided transportation to nearby locations, making our stay even more enjoyable. Special mention to Matt and the team for their outstanding hospitality. Would definitely choose Morino Lodge again.

I had a fantastic stay in Hakuba at a cozy lodge highly recommended by fellow travelers. The location was perfect, just a short 5-10 minute walk to the ski lifts and conveniently near a shuttle stop. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided great advice on where to find the best powder each day. I loved starting my day with a hot breakfast before hitting the slopes. The large room and comfortable beds made for a relaxing stay, and the delicious dinner options were a bonus. The lodge also offered transportation assistance and had plenty of suggestions for nearby restaurants and attractions.

The shared accommodation could use some improvements in terms of cleanliness and soundproofing.

Especially the food. the breakfast is fantastic. Everyday one hot breakfast variety is served along with the regular flakes, bread, milk, and fruit. the Pizzas are very tasty in the evenings especially with extra cheese. the property is like a gem in the rough, a cozy sanctuary in the heart of a bustling city.

My stay at Morino Lodge was amazing! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shuttle bus for skiing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was gourmet-style and the pizza was the best in town. I loved the daily baked cakes and cookies in the afternoon. The dorm room was comfortable, but next time I would opt for a private room if I'm a couple. I had a truly fantastic stay and would definitely come back again.

They provided us with excellent recommendations on nearby restaurants and attractions, and even offered free transportation to local spots. the breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious, and we appreciated the cozy lounge area for relaxing after a day of activities. the room was clean, comfortable, and the TV/movie selection was great for downtime.

Although our stay was great, we experienced a few minor inconveniences. However, the staff did shuttle us around and even accommodated us with transportation to local spots.
