Our family vacation at Sheraton was exceptional. We stayed for 5 nights and were amazed by the lovely staff, like Mr Ayman Zain, who upgraded us to sea view rooms. the location was perfect, with stunning Mediterranean views, easy access to attractions, and a nearby red bus station. the facilities were top-notch, from the inviting pool to the excellent beach. the diverse food options and attentive staff, like Mohamed Abd El Fadil and Christina, added to our memorable stay.

Would recommend this hotel.

The hospitality from Mr Aymen Zain was outstanding - we got upgraded to sea view rooms and a late checkout. the view from the balcony was stunning, worth every penny! Also loved the breakfast served, delicious and a great start to the day. the staff were welcoming and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Located conveniently near the beach, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views.

The response time for accommodation issues was slow. the pricing seemed high considering some aspects needed improvement.

My stay in the hotel was exceptional. the hotel's team, particularly Mr Ayman, was incredibly helpful and professional in the hospitality field. the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the breakfast offered a decent selection of food. Moreover, the hotel's location in the center of this city provided breathtaking views out across the ocean.

The room was mind-blowingly clean and cozy, the food was super tasty, and the staff were jaw-droppingly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for an UNFORGETTABLE stay!

Sheraton Montazah Hotel is my go-to spot with excellent hospitality. Staff once kindly offered me water at night. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, parking, security, fitness, massage, pool. Coming back for Christmas!

Sheraton in Alexandria offers a great location for exploring nearby attractions, including Montazah gardens and Mamourah beach. the private beach with a beach bar is a lovely addition to the hotel amenities. the restaurant serves delicious food with a variety of options, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay.
