The location of the hotel is simply stunning. With breathtaking views from all the rooms, it offers a truly picturesque setting. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing attentive service throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience. The hotel also boasts a spa where we enjoyed a fantastic massage. Additionally, there are regular shuttles to the nearby shopping village, making it convenient for guests to explore and indulge in some retail therapy.

There were some minor construction works taking place during our stay, which slightly disrupted the tranquility of the surroundings.

The facilities at this hotel are great for trekkers and group of friends. We enjoyed the pristine rooms and the extra bed set-up. The hotel also provides all the necessary amenities for our stay, including a nice view of the lake and a kid-friendly pool area.

The room advantages, including private facilities, make the stay exclusive and pleasant. The service is exceptional, and the hotel's location advantages provide a fantastic view of the sunrise and mountain ridge. The food is delicious, served right in your room for an in-room breakfast experience.

We encountered a minor issue with the door keycard, but the friendly and efficient staff quickly resolved it. our stay was a great experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool with its beautiful view of the lush surroundings.

Amazing views from the balcony and great shuttle service to nearby attractions. Staff are polite and the pools are perfect for kids. The complimentary cake was a nice touch for my sister's birthday.

Limited options for breakfast and charging for towels is not ideal. Check-in process needs improvement and it would be great if clearer information were provided about room amenities and configurations.

We were delighted by the stunning view from our veranda at Twin Lakes. It was a perfect spot to watch the sunrise over the picturesque lake. Additionally, the staff at the hotel's restaurant were friendly and accommodating. The pool area was also kid-friendly and provided a great experience for my young son.
