The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and professional. Our room was impressively clean and well-maintained. The food was fresh and delicious, and the chefs were attentive to our feedback. we had a very special and enjoyable vacation at this hotel.

The resort was perfectly located close to the beach and Sea View restaurant. The service was exceptional, as the staff was attentive and responsive. The rooms were spacious, with clean bathrooms, and the breakfast buffet had many tasty options. The aqua park was also a fun facility for families to enjoy.

The night entertainment was lacking, and there could have been more options for children's activities.

I had a fantastic time at the resort. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach and amazing sea. The all-inclusive option was great, especially for families with kids. The swimming pool was enjoyable, and there were fun activities in the mornings. The staff, especially at the pool bar, were friendly and helpful. The room, executive suite, was huge, very clean, and had all the necessary amenities.

The lack of attention to detail and maintenance in the resort. Some things in the room, like the cupboard door, were not in good condition.

Great location, beautiful beach with a nearby reef to explore. Pleasant and helpful staff, from front desk to restaurant and bar. Spacious and comfortable rooms, with a balcony and efficient A/C. Delicious and varied buffet meals, including an excellent breakfast. Fun and refreshing early morning activities at the pool.

Had a great time at this resort during Christmas. Really enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby, as well as the welcome fruit basket in the room. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful beach and a great restaurant for lunch. Loved being able to relax and soak up the sun.

The watersports were quite expensive compared to other resorts in the area, and the snorkel cruise was boring in comparison to the amazing house reef. There was very little entertainment on offer, apart from a couple of short shows and basic activities like billiards and ping pong.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. They really made me feel welcome and ensured that I had everything I needed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a clean and beautiful beach, a refreshing pool, and a great kids area. The location was also ideal, with easy access to transportation and being in close proximity to Hurghada Downtown. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and the staff made sure to check on everything and provide excellent service. it was a great holiday resort experience.

This hotel is an amazing destination for a luxurious vacation. the exclusive amenities provided were outstanding, the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Swimming pool and Outdoor swimming pool provided ultimate relaxation. Massage and Beauty treatments were available in private Treatment rooms. Delicious food and cocktails were served at the Restaurant and Bar/ Lounge areas.

But overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a truly memorable holiday.
