Discontinued airport shuttle service needs to be addressed!!! Inconsistent maintenance in rooms is frustrating!!! Operational issues with elevators are inconvenient!!! Could improve the poor maintenance in the pool area!!! A more effective communication strategy regarding policies is essential!!!

Good location for dining options.

I was shocked by the dirty sheets in my room, which were anything but acceptable. My requests for towels felt like a hassle, and it was frustrating to be told that room cleaning was only done every three days. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest during my stay.

Breakfast options were quite varied and enjoyable.

Make sure to ask about breakfast hours. the 7 AM start may not align with early airport flights.

Brittany at the front desk was a total gem, sorted out our check-in sharp-sharp. The brekkie staff, especially Denise, were super friendly and made the whole vibe nice. Room was a solid space to crash after our long journey, got a real comfy bed!

The shower had some hot water issues, which was a bit of a jol.
