Staybridge Suites provided excellent facilities and had a friendly staff. I appreciated their willingness to refund my deposit when I had to leave earlier than planned. The proximity to the mall was also a bonus.

During our city trip, we found a place to stay that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the breakfast included typical local dishes, and there was enough food to ensure that we didn't start our day on an empty stomach. the direct entrance to the shopping mall saved us the hassle of struggling with transportation to get to the stores we wanted to visit. the location was also key, as it allows for easy access to transport that can take you to different parts of the city.

the sheets were changed daily unless we left a small note to indicate that we didn't want this. It would have been helpful if the hotel had communicated this more clearly.

Staying here was a great experience, with a location that was perfect - I was surrounded by shops and cafes which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was impressed with the room service and the staff who were always friendly. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a kitchenette, which was a pleasant surprise. As youngsters, we loved the spacious and clean rooms, the complimentary upgrade, and early check-in. The free Wifi speed was fantastic, and the amenities were perfect. The location next to City Stars mall was super convenient, especially for families with young kids. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby, making it a fun place to stay.
