We loved staying at this hotel! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and clean. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the variety of food options provided by the hotel, and the customer service at the restaurants was excellent. The pools were amazing and we loved spending time at the beach. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The suite was insane, like something out of a movie! The couple Jacuzzi was a dream, and the mega flat screen with tons of TV channels kept me entertained. Plus, the Nespresso machine was a lifesaver for my morning caffeine fix. I felt like a VIP!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the swinging chair, but I can see how others might enjoy it.

Had a great Easter vacation, the weather was fantastic and the fact that there were two complementary meals a day made it easier to explore the area. the hotel was in a great location for exploring and the beach was beautiful. Had fun trying out the different restaurants in the area. Best aspect of the hotel was the fact that the staff was always friendly and helpful, always trying to make us feel welcomed.

The music at the pool was way too loud and it ruined our relaxing day at the beach. the constant noise coming from the pool was annoying and prevented us from having a good conversation or reading in peace.

While the location is convenient to access other eateries, the two beach bars are simply amazing! Furthermore, Mahmya island is just a quick ride away - definitely worth a visit! The main restaurant serves a good range of food, and breakfast is notable. Moreover, the room is modern, with a lovely view of the sea.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the service was exceptional and personalized. the Spa & wellness center was one of the best I have visited in a hotel, offering a wide range of massages and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were immaculate, while the beach access with its sun loungers and beach umbrellas was perfectly positioned.

The only minor issue I had was with the continental breakfast at the main buffet restaurant, which lacked variety and could benefit from some added unique options. But this small inconvenience was made up by the abundance of food choices at the other restaurants, including poolside snack bars and beach bars, all of which offered delicious halal and kosher food.
