Loved the spacious room at Eslead Hotel Osaka Tsuruhashi, near convenient metro stations. Self check-in was smooth, and in-suite washing machine was a bonus. While communication via email was initially confusing, staff sincerity in help made the stay memorable. A top choice with great views and peace.

The location of the hotel was fantastic and gave us easy access to various restaurants and convenience stores just a few steps away. We enjoyed the spacious room that was very clean and equipped with a large shoe cabinet, amazing door codes for easy access and a great self-check-in experience.

The water temperature in the bathroom could not be adjusted high enough making it impossible to take a soothing shower. the cooking utensils were not properly cleaned when we checked-in.

The location of the Eslead Hotel Osaka Tsuruhashi was excellent, right next to a metro exit, with a supermarket and stores just around the corner. The room itself was spacious, with a table and chairs, and a separate kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home. The facilities were great, and everything was very clean. The best part was the value for money, as the hotel offered a high level of comfort at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back in the future.

During my stay, I did encounter a couple of drawbacks. the main door and room pin numbers had to be memorized, which was a bit inconvenient.
