The location of the hotel was fantastic and gave us easy access to various restaurants and convenience stores just a few steps away. We enjoyed the spacious room that was very clean and equipped with a large shoe cabinet, amazing door codes for easy access and a great self-check-in experience.

The water temperature in the bathroom could not be adjusted high enough making it impossible to take a soothing shower. We also found it very frustrating to deal with the noise from the nearby railway early in the morning which made it impossible to sleep comfortably.

The lack of clear door opening instructions in both Japanese and English can be confusing for international travelers.

The location of the Eslead Hotel Osaka Tsuruhashi was excellent, right next to a metro exit, with a supermarket and stores just around the corner. The room itself was spacious, with a table and chairs, and a separate kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home. The facilities were great, and everything was very clean. The best part was the value for money, as the hotel offered a high level of comfort at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back in the future.

During my stay, I did encounter a couple of drawbacks. the main door and room pin numbers had to be memorized, which was a bit inconvenient.
