Clean and green territory, helpful and friendly staff, delicious food with a wide variety, and an amazing entertainment team. The beach is clean and sandy, and there's a fully equipped gym. The room cleaning personnel, especially Emad, was wonderful, always friendly and ready to assist. The room was always clean, well-arranged, and comfortable for staying in.

Felt very lucky to have found this hotel, nothing to complain about!

sunrise exceeded my expectations with their entertaining night shows at the amphitheatre, making our evenings truly memorable. the staff at the beach bar were particularly attentive, making our beach experience even more enjoyable. their comfortable rooms with effective air conditioning ensured a pleasant stay.

poor variety in the main restaurant's taste

The variety and quality of food in the main restaurant was outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the seafood night with fresh grilled prawns and octopus. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained. I would recommend this hotel despite some small issues.

I was really impressed by this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Secondly, the rooms were well maintained and had great amenities like air conditioning and comfortable beds. Lastly, the breakfast served by the chefs was fantastic and really set the tone for the day.

No negative aspects - everything was great!

The hotel is situated in a decent location close to the desert and a shopping mall. Some restaurants like the Mongolian could use some updating but the food is quite varied, and breakfast is delicious. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is well maintained. The hotel has a few facilities like a pool area and a beach which are advantages.

The hotel lacks a non-smoking area so it can be quite uncomfortable for nonsmokers.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was tasty with a good variety. The cleanliness was impressive. The facilities and activities were enjoyable and convenient. The animation team provided entertainment with a lot of energy.

This hotel is amazing! The luxurious amenities fulfilled our needs. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and the sun loungers were comfortable. The Spa & wellness centre was fantastic, with an incredible massage that left us feeling rejuvenated. The beauty treatment and facial were top-notch. The dinner was delicious with plenty of options, and the poolside snack bar was convenient. The location advantage was great, with direct access to the beautiful beachfront.

The only minor issue we had was with the service at the bar/lounge area, where we had to wait a little longer than expected for our drinks. But everything was made up for by the exceptional entertainment, including karaoke, aqua park and live performances that made our stay unforgettable.

The food was great, with a lot of variety, and the staff were very friendly. Complimentary drinks and snacks were available poolside throughout the day, which was a nice touch. The location was also convenient, with easy access to a nearby shopping center.

The rooms were also quite basic, and could use some updating. it was a decent experience for the price, but there's room for improvement.
