Luxurious, centrally-located venue with great service and amenities. the rooftop pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. In-room breakfast was a special treat and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to unwind with a drink. Service was great with helpful staff and a beautifully designed Spa & wellness centre with a fantastic sauna and indoor swimming pool. Cons: the rooftop pool area could have been better maintained as there were some areas that needed attention. this was a minor issue and did not detract from an overall positive experience at this hotel.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We had an unexpected issue with the internet connection, but the staff provided support and even brought a modem to our room to improve the connection. The reception staff was very nice and accommodated our changes in reservation without any fuss. The location is excellent and the breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed the complimentary Japanese bath included in the night price and the quality of the spa. the hotel is located in a great spot near Avenida Paulista, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was nice.

The noise from renovations during the day was also bothersome. the walls were thin and I could hear the screaming of a fellow guest in the room next to mine, which made it hard to sleep at night.
