A delightful stay at Ritz-Carlton. The lobby and club lounge exuded elegance. The swimming pool was huge and well-maintained, with attentive pool attendants. The hotel's back entrance provided easy access to the Egypt Museum. I had a great experience with the professional barber shop on level 2. Special thanks to the amazing gentlemen and ladies at the Club Lounge for making my stay comfortable. The restaurant served tasty thin-crust pizza.

I just spent 4 lovely days at The Nile Ritz-Carlton in downtown Cairo, and it was an amazing experience! The staff was kind and helpful, the location was perfect for sightseeing, and being in front of the Nile River was a bonus. The facilities were great, and the breakfast had such a diverse selection that catered to everyone's preferences. The room was beautiful with a Nile view, and the housekeeping services were top-notch. The spa was fantastic, and the Christmas day brunch was memorable with delicious food and thoughtful gifts.

This hotel is a great find. It's in the heart of the city, just steps away from the Nile river. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the view of the Nile is fantastic. The breakfast is also worth mentioning, with a good selection of food.

The staff treated me like royalty, especially Mr. Ashraf at the reception, Ms. Minna at concierge, Mr. Tariq at housekeeping, and Mr. Mahmoud at Culina restaurant. They made my stay truly special.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I was really impressed with the quality of service provided here. The location is fantastic as it is just by the Nile which offers a beautiful view. I especially liked the room service, car hire and bell staff, who were all very accommodating. Additionally, the room amenities were excellent including a spacious balcony and comfortable sitting area, making my stay here even more relaxing.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

Spent Christmas here and it was amazing! the hotel had a great festive vibe with beautiful holiday decorations. the location was perfect, overlooking the river and close to the Egyptian Museum. We also loved the fact that the hotel had an arranged car service for airport pickup, making our arrival hassle, free.

The noise level from the river was a bit bothersome, especially at night. the constant car honking and loud music could be heard from our room.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, comparable to other Ritz Carlton's I have stayed in. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the Nile River and being adjacent to the Egyptian antiquities museum. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.
