We loved the location of the hotel, close to the main attractions. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, she went out of her way to accommodate our needs. We'll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location was unbelievably perfect, right near everything you need with tube stations very close by. We were able to explore Covent Garden easily, and all the attractions and areas were within walking distance. The service provided by the staff members was outstanding, they were all amazing. From the friendly reception to the efficient room service and housekeeping, they made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was memorable. The rooms themselves were fresh, modern, and spotlessly clean. The addition of a kitchenette was a fantastic surprise, making our stay even more convenient. We truly felt at home with the luxurious amenities provided, such as the feather pillows which were a welcome change from the usual cheap and uncomfortable hotel pillows. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

We stayed at a hotel situated so close to all the restaurants, you could eat at a new one every night. Not to mention its proximity to the Adelphi theatre, making for an easy-going evening out. The close location to the tube and Covent Garden made it easy to explore the city. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the staff were extremely helpful, accommodating, and friendly.

We couldn't have asked for a better location; this place has everything we need within walking distance, including tube stations to easily travel to other attractions and areas. The service we received from the staff here was amazing; from room service to housekeeping, they were very friendly and made our stay truly memorable. The room amenities were great too, providing us with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini-bar with free toiletries and an electric kettle. The flat-screen TV and dining area were also nice to have in the room. The leisure facilities were a bonus, with an indoor swimming pool and a TV room, along with free Wi-Fi in public areas and luggage storage.

We stayed at The Resident Covent Garden for a night and it was perfect for exploring the city. The suite was spacious and calming, with a heavenly bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were amazing, storing our bags and keeping us updated on our room. The top floor gave us a view of the top of the London Eye. The location was great, with easy access to Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, and the Embankment. There were also nearby tube stations and plenty of restaurants.

Our New Year stay had a couple of surprising complementary elements that were pretty good. the location of the hotel was in the midst of many restaurants and shops, making it easy to walk around and find activities. Our room had a breathtaking view of the city and it was always clean.

The hotel room was quite small compared to what was expected and the furniture looked a bit old. There was also quite significant noise from the nearby street even with the windows closed, making it hard to sleep at times.
