We had an amazing stay at a hotel/condominium with great amenities like our own kitchenette, a big pool, and a spacious, comfortable room. the staff at Lai Thai Luxury Condominiums- Sha Extra Plus were friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to provide separate bananas for our baby. the owner was down to earth and made sure the place was well-maintained. the location was also perfect, just a short walk from the beach. We will definitely be returning.

The location was great, with shops and restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchenette was well-equipped and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The balcony at the rear was a nice bonus. The pool and gym facilities were also excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Ao Nang.

The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including a kitchen with cookware and utensils, a flat-screen TV. Another highlight was the leisure swimming pool, which was perfect for cooling off after a long day of sightseeing. The pool had a saltwater option, which I found to be quite refreshing. the comfort and quality of service at this hotel were top-notch, making my stay here truly enjoyable.

The hotel’s central location was perfect for exploring the city and all its offerings were within walking distance. the staff were polite, helpful and welcoming which made our stay comfortable. the room was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The room cleaning could have been better, as we found dust in some corners of the room. the noise level from neighboring rooms and outside the hotel was sometimes disrupting and made it difficult to have a restful sleep.

Attentive and professional staff who relocated us to a quieter apartment. Convenient location, about a 15-minute walk to the beach. Upgraded room with a spacious layout, kitchenette, and clean facilities. Great fitness center and pool. Very friendly staff. Would return.

The value for our money was fantastic. The room was big and beautiful, with the most comfortable bed we've had in Thailand. The location was perfect, close enough to Ao Nang town but far enough to be peaceful. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The menu for breakfast could have more variety.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was great, with plenty of good places to eat within walking distance. It was just a short walk or a quick cab ride to the beach and other amenities. The service and housekeeping were excellent, and the staff were always helpful and very responsive. They greeted me with a smile and even offered me a cold glass of iced tea upon arrival. The facilities were fantastic, with a beautiful pool and some of the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a kitchenette and a balcony. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back!
