The room was super cozy with a comfy bed, a smart TV, and a balcony with a stunning garden view. It felt like a home away from home! The bathroom had plenty of towels and all the toiletries you could need.

Personally, I found the kitchen in selected rooms to be a bit unnecessary for my stay, but I can see how it would be great for others.

We love the location, as it's close to many attractions, including Zahran mall. The beach view is splendid, and you'll find many restaurants nearby. The hotel's staff are friendly and caring; rooms are spotless, and breakfast is tasty.

The food quality at the restaurant wasn't consistent.

New facilities with modern furniture and great ocean view available in different types of chalets and villas. Multiple clean swimming pools all over the property. Friendly and attentive staff that provide excellent roomservice and daily check-ins to ensure a comfortable stay. Nice food options and great beach area with efficient life guards. Fun nightly entertainment available.

The Christmas decorations were impressive and really got us in the holiday spirit. the beach was just a short walk away and the water was crystal clear. the complimentary bike rentals were a fun way to explore the surrounding area.

the prices for food and drinks were higher than expected.

This hotel is a great value for money - prices are reasonable and amenities are excellent. The staff is welcoming and attentive to detail, making sure everything is perfect for the guests. The location at the beach is ideal, with breathtaking views and rooms with private toilets and balconies. The breakfast is also fantastic with many delicious food options available. I particularly loved the water games at the kids and family pools.

The amenities and activities at the hotel were fantastic, catering to both business and leisure guests. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The housekeeping team, led by Mr. Ahmed Soliman, were professional and cooperative. The restaurant staff, particularly Mr. Saeed and Mr. Humaid, were active and always ready to assist. The facilities were great and there was a good variety to choose from. our experience was top-notch, and we felt well taken care of.

Felt like home, no reason to complain.

We recently stayed at Tolip in El Alamein for a week-long vacation. The location was fantastic, with a convenient shuttle bus to the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Ahmed Soliman and his housekeeping team. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we were grateful for the attentive service from Mr. Saeed and Mr. Humaid. The facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. Special thanks to Osman Ahmed for the excellent room service.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had an amazing experience here. The location is perfect, right on the beach and the staff here are exceptional. The service they provide is great, especially in the dining restaurants where the staff are friendly and provide very good service. The leisure swimming pool and the outdoor swimming pool were lovely and we loved the beach access and the sun loungers, as well as the garden area with beach umbrellas. The room amenities were impressive with a range of things available, such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities and a flat-screen TV.

We recommend this hotel to families.

I enjoyed the spacious and clean chalets with beautiful gardens. The animation team was energetic and had various activities throughout the day. One night, there was a fun karaoke event that brought everyone together. I would recommend this hotel.

my recent stay in el alamein was wonderful, and tolip hotel exceeded my expectations. the sea view was stunning, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. i would definitely stay here again.

Limited food options during the day.

We enjoyed the luxurious amenities such as the private facilities and the beach access at this hotel. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were also impressive. the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. We couldn't have asked for a better location.

Although the restaurant was good, the food options on the buffet could have been more extensive. this minor issue did not detract from our overall experience at this venue.
