This hotel offers a great value for money with its fantastic location just below Sokhna mountain. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to assist you. The rooms are spacious and have twin beds with double beds available on request. Breakfast is delicious and definitely worth waking up early for! I also appreciate the attention to detail in the basic amenities provided.

All was good, no improvement needed.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with a shuttle bus to the nearby beach, while also being close to the desert for those looking for adventure. The rooms were spacious and had incredible views, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure guests had everything they needed.

The service in certain areas, such as housekeeping and room service, seemed to be lacking attention to detail.

This hotel is a luxurious haven of exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness center offers an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, steam room, and hot spring bath. the outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a sun terrace. the hotel provides garden areas with live entertainment, leisure/TV room, and a bar/lounge area.

While most aspects exceeded my expectations, the hotel restaurant served low-quality food for dinner. Despite this minor issue, the hotel staff was friendly and ready to accommodate every request.

The hotel offered us some complimentary water and fruit upon check-in, which was a nice way to start our Easter trip. the swimming pool was one of the best aspects of our time there; clean and perfect to cool off on a hot day. the location of the hotel was ideal, with beautiful views from our room of both the mountains and the sea.

One of the things we didn’t like was the inconsistency in the quality of the food. Some days it was great, other days not so much.
