Noisy neighbors, thin walls.

During our stay at Kutaisi Inn, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. The quiet location allowed us to have a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast served in the morning was also delicious, providing a good start to our day.

During my city break, I appreciated the two complementary drinks that we could enjoy while checking in. The hotel's key location was also helpful as we could access multiple restaurants and cafes within walking distance. the room's cleanliness was quite satisfactory.

There were several negative aspects that made my stay at the hotel quite unpleasant. I was disappointed that the fitness and sauna facilities came at an extra cost.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious venue. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating to our needs, making us feel pampered and cared for during our entire stay. The exclusive amenities such as the garden area, leisure/TV room, and private facilities in the room were fantastic. We also truly enjoyed the restaurant and bar/lounge area which served delicious and exquisite meals and cocktails. Moreover, the location advantages allowed us to be close to the city center but away from the hustle and bustle.

The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was the unstable Wi-Fi connection in our room which made it a bit difficult to work comfortably. Nonetheless, the hotel staff did everything in their power to assist us, and they even offered us the use of their leisure/TV room to help us finish our work.

Kutaisi Inn is located in a prime spot, right next to the city's landmark of 100 stairs and close to the train station. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging a personal driver for us to explore the attractions. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the coffee in the bar was top-notch. The hotel also provided amenities and had a convenient location for easy access to the airport in a taxi.

For us it was ideal.

As young people, we loved the convenient location just 5 minutes from the city center and close to the railway station. The staff were extremely helpful and informative, guiding us patiently as we explored the city for the first time. The hotel was very clean with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent, offering a large selection of delicious dishes including fresh fruits and tasty coffee. We also enjoyed the modern feel of the hotel. a great experience!
