As a backpacker, I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, the clean property, and the great location on the Alexandria Corniche. The spacious rooms, rooftop, and elegant furniture were also highlights for me.

Fantastic location with stunning views of the sea. the staff were friendly and helpful, although they could be a bit slow at times. the breakfast was absolutely amazing, and having it with the beautiful view of the sea was a great way to start the day.

The internet in the rooms was a bit of a hassle, as we had to enter a special password every time we wanted to use it. the rooms could use some soundproofing, as we could hear the noise from the elevator constantly.

We had an amazing experience staying at Windsor Palace Luxury Heritage Hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel special from the moment we arrived. Our room was beautifully decorated, perfect for our honeymoon, and it was impeccably clean. Special thanks to Christine for ensuring our stay was comfortable and romantic. the breakfast, delivered to our room, included a variety of delicious options from the buffet. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary honeymoon cake and a fruit platter.
