The room at H2 Hotel was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a little trouble with the parking machine, but the staff quickly resolved the issue. The hotel is conveniently located near Düsseldorf Messe and has a great view from the highest floor. The air conditioning was amazing, especially during the hot summer. They even packed us breakfast to take with us for our early morning flight. Despite a few minor issues, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered excellent service from the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a good selection of food and drinks. the hotel was also located in a convenient spot, close to public transportation and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The pillows were too soft and made it difficult for me to sleep. However, the clean and fresh room with a firm bed and spacious shower room, along with the quiet surroundings made up for the minor shortcomings.

The staff were so friendly, it was like having my own personal cheerleaders. And the breakfast was so good, it gave me the energy to run a marathon.
