I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Centric! The location was perfect, close to shopping malls and both San Salvador and Santa Tecla. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and the service provided by the staff was top-notch. The pool area had a great atmosphere and the bar was a perfect spot to relax. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, situated between three malls, including Las Cascadas Mall. The room was bright and spacious, with a large window offering a lovely view. The bathroom was modern and luxurious, with a huge shower. The staff provided excellent service, always professional and courteous. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, with plenty of delicious options. The hotel had beautiful common areas, including a stunning pool area with a bar.

That the pool was not well heated, but that didn't detract from our overall fantastic experience.

The only minor issue I had was with the advice offered by the staff, as I was recommended a shopping mall that was already closed. I expected more knowledge and skill from the luxurious staff of this hotel.

The hotel staff could have been more knowledgeable and helpful, as they gave confusing advice on where to go for dinner. the thin walls were a problem as the noise level was high.
