Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the working elevator and the overall newer appearance of the building, added to the positive experience. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to downtown and close proximity to various amenities. Furthermore, the staff, particularly Annalisa at the reception, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist me with my needs.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was new and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms spotless. The breakfast was a big perk, with a wide variety of hot and cold items. And let's not forget the highlight of my breakfast experience- 3-D printed pancakes! I had a great time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Room and interior are recently renovated, with comfortable beds and a convenient location for Mardi Gras. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, with a delicious and varied breakfast. The cool AC made for a refreshing stay after a hot day, and we even got a surprise upgrade to a king suite. a clean and lovely spot to stay.

Friendly staff upgraded our room to a suite when we arrived early. Breakfast had the usual North American choices and there are convenient stores and fast food chains nearby. Clean rooms and lobby with a working elevator. Pool area near lobby was nicely decorated. Will stay here again.

There were a few negatives during my Christmas stay. the flashing white light in the smoke alarm was very bothersome and made it difficult to sleep.

The value for money was excellent, with comfortable beds and a fresh, new atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming, particularly Annalisa at reception, who went above and beyond to assist us.
