We had a delightful stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The staff at reception, especially the woman, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a sweet note, candy, and a complimentary drink waiting for us in the room. The small room had everything we needed, and the location was superb, making it easy for us to explore all the major sights. Despite some minor inconveniences, like ongoing building work and a slightly noisy club nearby, we overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel also had an efficient AC system, which was a rare find in this region. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations.

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, like a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a safe. Also, the housekeeping service was outstanding and kept my room very tidy.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a few steps away from the main attractions of the city. the room was well-appointed, with thoughtful amenities like a complimentary bottle of water and international adapters. the bedding was comfortable, and the room was immaculate. We appreciated that there was a kitchenette with a fridge and tea/coffee facilities that allowed us to prepare simple meals.

The room we stayed in was small, and the layout of the bathroom was unusual. the tiny toilet was placed awkwardly, and the entrance was uncomfortable.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect! It was right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the major attractions. I loved that there were plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby, as well as a grocery store. Another great thing about this hotel was the helpful and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to assist with any requests or questions we had during our stay.

The breakfast coffee was a bit weak, but the breakfast itself was always nice. Additionally, the room was a bit cramped, but the beds were comfortable.
