We had an exceptional time. The staff made us feel like family, especially Doris and Marilyn, who were like our own personal guides every morning! And Letty, the breakfast lady, always knew how to make our mornings so much brighter with great food and her warm smile.

It wasn’t cheap, but the service and warmth we received made it worth it.

The make-your-own pancake machine at breakfast was a delightful surprise, and I loved the cozy, small room that made me feel right at home. Plus, the AC worked like a charm during a rainstorm, letting me kick back and relax!

During my stay, I felt misled by the room photos online. When I complained, the staff offered limited assistance, leaving me frustrated. Other aspects like the breakfast options were also disappointing, with hardly any choices and an unexpected surcharge on seemingly basic items like french toast.

The staff exhibited warmth and hospitality, turning the hotel into a welcoming home away from home. The 24-hour front desk service offered dependable support, while the open dining area created a pleasant atmosphere for meals. Bottled water was conveniently available, though guests must bring their own containers for refills beyond a single glass. The lack of pool access during repairs and occasional water intrusion during a storm were concerns, yet they handled the situation promptly and graciously.

Dirty windows, noisy aquarium in lobby, unpleasant bathroom layout

Windows that don’t shut properly lead to street noise and unpleasant odors!!! The bathroom was so cramped I barely accessed the toilet!!! The constant music in the lobby is a nuisance!!! Stop with the misleading room photos!!!

I loved the spacious double room with its beautiful decor and the delicious breakfast served by Letty each morning, but I did wish for a bit more variety. I'd definitely stay here again!

this hotel was amazin! the staff were super friendly and helpful, kinda felt like family to me. breakfast was fresh and yummy every mornin, shoutout to lettey! the location is on point, close to stores and movie theaters but still quiet and peaceful. rooms were really clean and comfy, loved it!

the bathroom lights were a bit too dim for me, and i ran into some language barrier issues which made things confusing at times.

The room I had was cozy and super comfy, especially the bed! Air conditioning worked like a dream. I liked the small touches, like having easy access to refill my water bottle in the dining area, which also had a great view. Just wish the bathroom lights were a bit brighter and that I'd had a better layout in there. Still, the staff were awesome, really felt at home.
