Pool needs improvement.

This hotel was amazing! The room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and great dining options nearby. The bathroom was clean and stocked with all necessary toiletries. The breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of options. The staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating. The pool and garden area was well-maintained with plenty of seating options.

The entrance to the hotel was a bit cramped, but otherwise the experience was delightful.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the location was convenient, as we were able to walk to nearby bars and restaurants. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice space for us to relax.

There was no microwave, and the towels were old and worn. the shower had clogged pipes, and there was no hot water at night.

The staff was exceptional, providing 24-hour front desk service. The location was nice, allowing us to walk all over. The infrastructure was good, with a comfortable bed and a shower with good pressure. The pool and lovely garden were a nice addition. Xiomara, the receptionist, was very caring and provided excellent service.

I stayed in a room next to the eating area, which was a bit noisy in the morning. However, the location of the hotel was great, situated in a safe and quiet block. The staff was friendly and helpful, even offering to drive us to the bus stop. the hotel had nice facilities, including a pool and a pleasant outdoor area.

This hotel was a great place to stay during our recent trip. We loved the comfortable room and the fact that it was really clean. the staff were incredibly friendly, and even heated up soup for me when I was feeling unwell. the hotel was within walking distance of fantastic bars and restaurants which we loved and it made us feel safe. we really appreciated the fridge in the room and that every request we had was handled swiftly and efficiently.

The paint was peeling away, and there were lots of bits in it from the surrounding trees which put us off. We also found the breakfast to be quite poor and that if we wanted juice with it, we had to pay extra.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the room was beyond our expectations and the breakfast was top-notch. the car rental service was a great bonus, with affordable rates and convenient pick-up and drop-off at the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed spending time on the lovely terrace, by the pool, and in the beautiful garden. it was a fantastic experience at Suites & Apartments San Benito - Zona Rosa.

Great location, close to popular attractions and in a safe neighborhood. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed and providing excellent service. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hot water in the showers was a bonus. the beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed a good night's sleep.

There were mosquitoes in the room, and we were bitten during the night. the breakfast options were limited, especially for vegetarians, and the variety of fruits was lacking.
