I absolutely loved this place! It's a super modern, clean, and functional hotel with the best of hotels and hostels combined. The individual rooms are comfortable and cozy, and the common areas have everything you need, like fridges and washing machines. The location is excellent, and the price is amazing. The wifi connection in the rooms is the best I've experienced during my business travels. And, they even allow pets, which is a big plus for me. I can't wait to go back and stay there again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I absolutely loved it! This place is located right in the city center, which made it very convenient for me to explore all the main sightseeing points. The room was very comfortable, and had amenities like air conditioning, tea, and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made my experience very enjoyable. Plus, the laundry service was a great bonus as I was able to wash my clothes during my stay.

The rooms at Citybox Tallinn City Center were super cozy and modern, with a rainshower and soundproofing. As someone who loves staying connected, the free WiFi was a big plus for me, making it easy to upload all our fun memories from the trip.

The self-check-in process was interesting and convenient, yet there were always friendly staff members available if needed. The location couldn't be better, right by the harbor and in the city center, making it easy to explore all the main sightseeing points nearby. I loved the modern minimalist design of the rooms, especially the ones with a huge window offering a view of the harbor area. And to top it off, breakfast was included!

One can easily reach the early ferries from here. The onsite LouLou restaurant serves delicious food. The hotel is equipped with a shared kitchen to prepare your own meals.

The hotel front door shuts at midnight, which could be a problem for late arrivals.

The hotel was quite futuristic and well-automated which made the entire experience quick and easy. the location was perfect for my business trip, as it was close to the city center and easily accessible by taxi. I particularly enjoyed the facilities including the kitchen with proper coffee machines, and the vending machines with sandwiches or juice which was super handy in the morning or evening when I didn’t want to go out for breakfast.

It was a bit stuffy in the room, and I couldn't open the window to let in some fresh air. there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room, which made it difficult to get a good cup of coffee.

Alarm system went off unnecessarily at night.

I recently stayed at Citybox in Tallinn for a few nights with my family. The hotel was perfect for us, especially because we were traveling with children. The modern building and clean accommodations made our stay comfortable. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the communal kitchen, although we didn't use it. The breakfast offered high-quality food, although it can be a bit expensive. One incident with our room was quickly resolved, and we were even upgraded to a room with a beautiful port view as an apology. The location of the hotel was convenient for catching our ferry to Stockholm, and it was also within walking distance of the old city and some great vegan restaurants.
