The breakfast was quite enjoyable with a good variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was close to many attractions and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always willing to assist.

The spa facilities were a major disappointment. It was overcrowded and incredibly noisy, which made it difficult to relax and unwind.

I loved that they had a gym and spa facilities, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. the hotel's location was ideal, with close proximity to the Old Town, ferry port, and bus station.

We had a great stay at Metropol Spa. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the city. Our room was clean and spacious, and we loved the spa facilities, especially the Finnish saunas and jacuzzi pools. The bar in the room was a nice touch as well. Despite a couple of minor issues with the bathroom cleanliness and pillow comfort, overall we had a comfortable stay. We would recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Tallinn.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel provides easy access to ferry terminals and is perfect for a winter getaway. The rooms offer great views and come equipped with a teapot. The spa center is of excellent quality and one of the best in the area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in and offering luggage storage for guests.

This place is amazing! It is located in a nice area just outside the old town and it is really convenient to get around. The service is excellent; the staff were always on shift and willing to help. The room was really comfortable, with a nice balcony and great amenities like an electric kettle and a TV. The dining was great, with a buffet breakfast and a poolside snack bar. The leisure options were also amazing, with an indoor swimming pool, steam room, and full body massage. The heated swimming pool was also a plus!

Great city hotel! the location is spot on, within walking distance to the city centre. the breakfast was tasty and enjoyed the fact that it was included in the room rate plus the spa services were outstanding. Loved the fact that the spa had a variety of saunas to choose from and the Jacuzzis were great. the room itself was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to be able to open the windows and get fresh air inside.

My only complaint was that they could have been more generous with the amenities. Only providing one roll of toilet paper for a family of four, for an entire weekend, was not enough.
