I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was amazing, right in the center of the city. The hotel was very close to the main square, which made it really convenient for exploring the area. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and had a modern design, which I loved. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided all the basic amenities that I needed. it was a fantastic stay.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The apartment was in an ideal location in the old city, allowing me to easily explore the ancient sites, museums, churches, and cafes on foot. I appreciated the convenience of being able to make my own meals in the well-equipped kitchen and the added bonus of having a clothes washer. The apartment itself was comfortable and spacious, providing a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

While there were some minor drawbacks such as the 4pm check-in time, stained and chipped kitchen and bathroom fixtures, and poor internet connection, these were overshadowed by the overall positive experience of my stay.

Perfect location in the heart of a charming old city, surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants; great access to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city; modern and well-equipped apartment with comfortable bedding, making our stay enjoyable.

Unreliable TV service and the bedroom felt a bit cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

We had a wonderful stay at City Apartments - Town Hall Square. the location couldn't have been better, just a few meters away from the Town Hall. the studio was spacious and comfortable, with a big bathroom that even had a washing machine. We appreciated the small kitchen, which was very useful. the staff was friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back in the future.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Sauna in bathroom. Efficient key collection. Studio with big bathroom and washing machine. Complimentary tea and coffee. Responsive and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The outstanding staff service deserves 10/10, with Kevin going above and beyond to assist us in getting to the airport. The location is phenomenal, right in the heart of Tallinn's old town. The apartment met all our needs and was clean and lovely. The amenities provided, such as tea and coffee, were a nice touch. a highly recommended stay.

I especially loved the private sauna, a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. a fantastic choice for anyone visiting this charming city.

The curtains in the bedroom were not thick enough, so it got quite bright in the mornings.

We stayed at City Apartments - Town Hall Square and the location was fantastic! Just a 2-minute walk from the Town Hall square, it was so convenient to explore the city center. the apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed, although we opted to dine out at the nearby restaurants. Surprisingly, despite being in such a central location, it was quiet at night for a good night's sleep. the wifi was reliable, and the staff at the City Apartment offices were friendly and offered luggage storage, which was helpful for our late check-in.

The staff went above and beyond to assist me when my Uber failed to show up, even helping me carry my bags in the rain to catch a taxi. The communication was fast and easy, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. The apartment itself was clean and met all of my needs during my three-night stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
