Enjoyed a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, just steps away from the main attractions. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and making us feel welcome. the room was spacious and well-equipped, providing all the necessary amenities.

The noise from the street, which could be bothersome at times. However, this was easily overlooked and we were able to enjoy our time by indulging in the nearby Osterieas.

The flat at Piazza Paradiso was spacious and had two lovely gardens. The front garden was especially nice, as it received more sun. The accommodation had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable and large bed. The staff was attentive and left us amenities and coffee. The location was perfect, with everything we needed nearby, including popular attractions like Piazza del Campo and Duomo.

Despite the crowds outside, once you entered the room, there was a sense of tranquility. the old world charm of the room, combined with modern renovations, made for a unique and comfortable stay. the private courtyard that came with our room was a delightful bonus, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the owners were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.
