Celebrating New Year at this hotel was a great experience. the staff was hospitable and helpful, making our stay memorable. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms, and appreciated the hot water in the showers. the hotel's location was also convenient for exploring the city and nearby landmarks.

The noise from the lobby area traveled up to the rooms, and made it difficult to sleep at times. the internet connection was unreliable, which made it challenging to stay connected with loved ones during the holiday season.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The hotel location was convenient and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They provided transportation to and from the airport for free, which was a nice touch. it was a great experience and my favorite spot in Addis Ababa.
