During our Christmas stay, we loved the amazing service provided by the hotel staff. They were warm, welcoming, and attended to our needs with kindness. the rooms were always clean and tidy, with fresh sheets and towels. the view from our room was spectacular, giving us a memorable experience. Additionally, the facilities offered, such as the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym.

We had a little trouble paying for meals with our foreign cards, but thankfully, the hotel had ATM machines that instantly solved our problem. However, we recommend the hotel to provide more Western options on the menu, as it would cater to a wider range of guests.
