The room was big and wicked clean, right near all the action in Ximending. Loved the family vibes and my kid dug the ice cream from the breakfast! The staff really came through too, packing us a breakfast to go for our early flight. Just a heads up, watch out for local call charges, kinda blindsided me.

I loved the hotel’s exceptional breakfast spread and attentive service! The shuttle every two hours made traveling to nearby attractions a breeze.

While the staff's friendliness was commendable, one elevator did seem a bit slow at times.

The check-in experience was rather frustrating since it felt like I was an afterthought!!! The lighting situation in the room was downright annoying, and the AC struggled to warm the space!!! More shuttle bus times would be appreciated!!!

Location was sweet as, heaps of eateries around. But the buffet breakfast was a letdown – food was lukewarm and ran out of plates too often. Room was comfy!

the wifi in the room was pretty weak it was a bit frustrating at times. but the room was super clean and bright plus spacious enough for our luggage. staff were really helpful and the location was great close to shops and food.

This place suits me perfectly with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and spa services. On my first stay, the staff helped me with technical issues, making me feel cared for. I highly recommend this hotel, and I'm definitely coming back for another trip.

we had a fantastic time at garden hotel, ximending. the premier double room was spacious and super clean, and my son loved the small tub. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the metro and a 24-hour carrefour nearby. the ai room assistant was a cool touch that made our stay even better!
