The value for money at this hotel was amazing, with a spacious and comfortable room. The location was convenient, being within walking distance of the Ximending shopping district and Longshan temple. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing directions and even printing bus schedules for us.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Taipei! The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view. The hotel is conveniently located, only a short walk to Ximending, the night market, and a beautiful temple. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was delicious. Transportation was easily accessible, with a shuttle bus available to popular tourist spots and a nearby metro station. Additionally, there was a 24-hour supermarket just two minutes away from the hotel.

Felt so well taken care of, nothing to complain about.

My husband and I accidentally left our wallet in the room safe when we were rushing to the airport. Thankfully, the hotel staff called us right away and provided clear instructions in fluent Japanese on how to retrieve it. They were so helpful that we were able to catch our flight. We are truly grateful for their assistance. The location of the hotel was also great, with tourist attractions and two MRT stations nearby. The room was always clean and well-maintained, and surprisingly, there was no trace of mold despite the humid climate. The gym was convenient and well-equipped.

The Taipei Garden Hotel - Ximending was a great stay. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The convenient location made it easy to explore night markets and visit popular attractions. The separate toilet and shower were a nice convenience in the mornings.

The location of Garden Hotel - Ximending is unbeatable. We were able to reach all the major spots in Taipei by foot or by metro. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a variety of tasty options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, being just 150 meters away from a 24-hour Carrefour and only 50 meters from the MRT station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and get around. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices available. We especially loved the bakery store outside the hotel, which offered a 30% discount after 8 p.m. It was a great way to end our day with a delicious treat.

I had a fantastic stay at the Taipei Garden Hotel - Ximending. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. My room was spotless and had a lovely scent. The bathroom was gorgeous and I felt safe throughout my stay as a solo female traveler. The location was convenient, just a short walk to Ximen station and the night market. The hotel even provided me with a pollution mask when I needed one. I highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I had a splendid stay at this hotel in Ximending. We stayed for a few nights and were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room, which had 3 single beds. The service was top-notch, with the staff always offering help before we even asked. The location was convenient, within walking distance to Ximending. Despite reading old reviews about the hotel looking old, it actually looked new and well-renovated now. The hotel grounds were nicely decorated and clean, and the check-in process was easy and swift. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room. The room was filled with gadgets and amenities, including a smart assistance speaker, a Nescafe espresso machine, snacks, and automatic blinds. There was also a good-sized bathtub for a relaxing soak. We will definitely try their breakfast next time.

Great value for money with a big, comfy and clean room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the bell boy who assisted us with our luggage. The hotel is centrally located, close to MRT stations, shopping area, and restaurants.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement.
